New York City residents explore Central Park in their quest to conquer the great outdoors!
Partnering with The North Face, Global Inheritance returned to Central Park to help inspire the young, the old and the risk adverse to kayak, rock climb, hike, pedal, learn, fish and become an outdoors expert.

The TNF Passport Program enjoyed a successful return to NYC with over 4,000 participants.  Adventurers earned Passport Points by completing tasks that included  pitching tents, charging cell phones on Tour de Energy bicycles, utilizing mass transit, or recycling bottles and cans. We kicked up the production this year by incorporating the Energy Playground, where riders could take a turn on the Energy Seesaw or Tour de North Face bikes to produce power and earn a snow cone.  Over 360 human powered snow cones were given out along with thousands of passport prizes including reusable bottles from Camelbak, music from Interscope Records, Loomstate organic shirts/jeans, TNF tents, jackets and sleep bags, Skullcandy headphones, live screen printed custom t-shirts, plus many other great prizes.

Thanks to all the great people at The North Face, the New York City Department of Parks and Recreation, Backpacker magazine and the great people of New York!
